Tonight Mr. Big and I drove around Lincoln Park looking at the holiday lights. I'm not a huge fan of all that is Xmas, but I do get a kick out of the various ways my neighbors express themselves with holiday lights. My photos are certainly not comprehensive, since as usual I was battery-challenged.
I think my favorite home this season is the lone pine tree decked out all in red lights, accompanied by only a green porch light. I like the simpliity of it. The red pine tree house is on the 200 block of Lincoln.
Earlier, we attended the tree lighting celebration in the Civic Center, which was nothing to write home about, so I won't.
