Signs of the Time in Pomona

Looks like the owners of this Lincoln Park home are willing to be flexible. A 3,000 square foot craftsman sold for 680 big ones last week. While the larger homes have been selling (most like hot cakes), lots of the smaller bungalows have been sitting on the market. Some of these smaller bungalows are loaded with original features, and those most loaded are usually the first to go. Supposedly the slow sales of smaller homes is because first time home buyers have cold feet these days, while second-time home buyers are not feeling so cautious. But this bungalow is one of two in the area which seems to have been perpetually ON the market for the four years I've lived here. I sure hope it finds a good home(owner) soon.
